Medical Metrics, Inc. (MMI) is an ISO 9001:2008 certified provider of independent imaging core lab services for clinical trials of medical devices, drugs and biologics. Our services include imaging protocol development, medical image management, expert image review, and scientific consulting. Since 2000, we have partnered with clinical trial sponsors on more than 300 clinical investigations and research studies across a wide range of therapeutic areas. Our areas of expertise include orthopedics, spine, neurology, cardiology, and vascular medicine. We support domestic and multi-national clinical trials ranging from early-phase clinical testing to post-approval surveillance. Our participation in regulated studies has resulted in numerous product approvals, including several “firsts to market”.

All clinical trial data is managed in accordance with good clinical practices (GCP), strict process controls, and documented SOPs. Rigorous in-process and final inspections are conducted for every project. Our processes and infrastructure comply with guidelines for the protection of patient confidentiality, including HIPPA and EU Safe Harbor Regulations. Our proprietary image processing software is developed and validated in accordance with good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality system regulations (QSR). Additionally, our integrated data management system is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant and 510(k)-cleared.
